Experis launches Partnership Programme

This forms part of the company’s long term strategy to identify specialist recruitment organisations that strengthen its existing portfolio of services.

The acquisitions of The SJB Group, a specialist executive search firm, and its healthcare arm SJB Medical Triple Seven Resources, a recruitment agency for interactive global gaming operators, technology platforms and service providers and Juice Resource Solutions, a recruitment firm specialising in the IT and Life Sciences sectors marks the start of a partnership initiative that will develop over the course of 2014.

The three firms will become part of Experis UK but operate autonomously, providing opportunities for greater collaboration across sectors, specialisms and geographies, and enhancing our mutual capabilities and services to our clients and candidates.

Experis’ partnership with The SJB Group, which operates primarily in the IT Services and Business Process Outsourcing sectors, complements Experis’ existing experience and expertise in IT. The IT recruitment service offering will be further enhanced with Triple Seven Resources, which provides entry into the gaming sector. Triple Seven Resources has a diverse portfolio of clients from small start-ups to globally listed companies, including some of the most significant names in the gaming industry. Juice Resource Solutions augments Experis’ service offering in specialist IT sectors and compliments the Experis experience in the Life Science industry.

Under the terms of the agreement there is no intention to merge the companies. Each organisation will continue to be overseen by its existing management team while retaining all employees.

Commenting on the announcement, Geoff Smith managing director of Experis UK, said, “We are delighted to be partnering with three dynamic and leading recruitment organisations. The SJB Group, Triple Seven Resources and Juice Resource Solutions provide us with a real opportunity to expand and collaborate across services, sectors, clients and candidates, providing us with the depth and breadth that further differentiates us in the market.  This Programme is part of our long-term strategy to provide increased specialist professional recruiting solutions to Experis clients globally.  During 2014, we aim to enter into further partnerships and develop our solutions to help our clients.”
