Montash announces ISO 9001:2008 certification

Commenting on the award, Montash stated it aims to provide a high level of service to its clients and candidates with quality assurance at the centre of its focus.

The company believe the recent accreditation demonstrates Montash’s consistent delivery of quality management service.

Andy Larholt – CEO of Montash, commented, “We are pleased that we have been recognised for our work and have gained the ISO accreditation, this further strengthens our position in providing a continually high level of service to our clients and candidates.”

He added, “Montash has achieved double digit growth year-on-year. In 2014 we are investing in more staff and expanding into new markets to provide our clients and candidates with an all-round IT recruitment solution. We will be further developing our in-house IT infrastructure and continue to ensure all our processes and procedures are compliant with the recently attained ISO 9001:2008 accreditation.”

The ISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system, where an organisation needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product / service that meets customer statutory & regulatory requirements. The ISO aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes and continual improvement of the systems, and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory & regulatory requirements.

Montash was audited by an Independent certification body. The internal processes and procedures were thoroughly assessed before the ISO was awarded.
