Recruitment testing company post 5th year of growth

These will show a 5th consecutive year of growth and an increase in turnover of around 7%.

Alongside the growth, the number of candidates and skills tests taken globally across FastPath has also increased, showing both the popularity in the system and the mobility of candidates in the recruitment market. ISV has also seen an improvement in operational efficiency. This comes in the wake of a management restructure in September 2013.

Highlights of the last year which contributed to the growth include strengthening the management team and expansion of the in-house software development team, the launch of Polish driving and Health & Safety tests, and further developing relationships with recruitment bodies like the REC and TEAM.

For 2014, ISV are forecasting a continued upward growth pattern through launching a range of new Microsoft Office themed exercises, overseas expansion and expanding their partnerships with psychometric testing providers, in order to offer recruiters a full talent sourcing solution.
