Resource Group to integrate its businesses

The new integrated business will combine the expertise of its maintenance, repair & overhaul, executive flight services and flight crew recruitment teams to strengthen the offering for both candidates and clients “from Cockpit to Control Tower and everything in-between”.

The new division will be headed up by director Stephan Hickman and will give current and new clients access to an enhanced portfolio of services. The wide range of services will cover temporary contract assignment and permanent recruitment, international payroll and related resource support services. Bespoke services can be designed to provide clients with a range of activities including the services of Resource Group’s Aviation Technical Training division.

The integration of these business units gives Resource Group a stronger EMEA footprint with operations covering all of Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The opening of a Hong Kong office in early 2013 also puts the business in an enviable position to build a solid platform for growth in Asia.

Reg Gott, Resource Group CEO commented, “This move is a vital step in the strategic development of our group and I am very pleased that we have Stephan at the helm of this new division. Over the last 15 years Stephan has held senior management positions in each of these three units and is ideally qualified and energised to take this new division forward.”

Stephan Hickman, Divisional Director added: “Many of our clients operate internationally and have a broad and complex range of resource requirements. By bringing these three units together it enables us to deliver the structure, resource scale and capability profile that allows us to support our customers across their multi-functional and broad geographic operations.”

Over the course of the next 12 months the branding of the three business units will migrate fully to Aviation & Aerospace Resource Solutions under the Resource Group brand
