Boyden Global Executive Search appoints partner
The company hope the appointment will further build the firm’s expertise in the industrial and technology sectors.
Frasinelli has built a strong reputation for developing and executing C-level, Vice President and Director level assignments for global companies in technology, manufacturing and other sectors. Prior to Boyden, he was the founding principal of Grant-Williams Associates, where he spent 16 years building the organization into a respected retained executive search firm.
“Randy is a notable addition to our industrial and technology practices, which are growing across the Americas,” said Trina Gordon, President and CEO of Boyden World Corporation.
“Randy brings both an outstanding executive search track record and industry experience,” said Tom Flannery, Leader of Boyden’s North American Board Services Practice and Managing Partner of Boyden Pittsburgh. “His deep technical and operations knowledge makes him a unique client resource.”
Prior to his career in executive search, Frasinelli served as director of global operations for EG&G, Inc. (currently URS Corporation, traded on NYSE) an $8 billion defense components manufacturer where he worked with advanced technology manufactured products groups and divisions globally. He began his career with Price Waterhouse Consulting in Boston, where he worked for seven years and was one of the youngest senior managers in the firm's history working with emerging technology companies and large global corporations to reengineer manufacturing processes.
Frasinelli holds an MBA from Cornell University, a master’s degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from Carnegie-Mellon University and a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology from the University of Pittsburgh. He is co-founder of Pittsburgh Young Professionals, a founding member of Three Rivers Rowing Association and an active volunteer for Children's Hospital Pittsburgh.
