Danbro advises recruiters on upcoming legislation
Danbro has attended meetings with HMRC and Professional Passport to ensure it remains best placed to offer considered advice and support to recruitment agencies in relation to the new legislation which will come into force on April 6th 2014 and will impact sector practices and procedures.
Danbro, which works closely with more than 450 recruitment branches throughout the UK, says the sector has been faced with a high number of legislative changes in a relatively short time span.
Danbro managing director Damian Broughton said: “Recruitment agencies need to be confident that their accountancy partners have taken the time to fully understand the new legislation. This will ensure the agency, as well as the contractor, continue to be protected by a fully compliant, professional service.”
Danbro has been involved in the meetings to discuss the ramifications of the proposed legislation and ensure that the concerns of the industry are voiced and transformed into workable solutions.
Damian adds: “Recruitment partners can rest assured that come April 6th when the new rules come into force, Danbro will be ready to help ensure they have a fully compliant and considered solution.”
He concludes: “We are keen to encourage recruiters to contact us if they are concerned about the impact of any upcoming legislation.”
