Encore Personnel achieve 20% turnover increase
This growth follows on from the company expanding their territory and achieving improved results in their divisions.
In September 2013 new offices were opened in Leeds, offering blue-collar recruitment services to warehouses and factories in the north. The Engineering and Managed Services divisions of the company also delivered improved results adding to this increase.
To round off a great year Encore Personnel won Best Company to Work For at the 2013 Institute of Recruitment Professionals Awards run by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
Managing director Greg Latham, commented, "This is a great achievement for the company and all our employees have played a part in accomplishing this. It further confirms that Encore Personnel is on track to become one of the leading recruitment organisations in the UK within the next few years."
Over the next 12 months Encore hopes to achieve further growth and increase turnover by 40% to £42 million from strong growth delivered by their Managed Services and Driving divisions.
Encore specialise in the supply of blue-collar personnel (logistics, manufacturing and engineering, temporary and permanent) to industry throughout the U.K, employing over 2,000 temporary staff each week through its 8 locations and 21 divisions.
