Hamilton-Ryker IT Solutions buys two Houston companies
Terms of the acquisitions were not released.
Hamilton-Ryker, founded in 2002, provides information technology services managing and supporting telecommunication, IT security, network integration, staff augmentation, hosting and other professional services. In the release, President Kelly MCCreight said the acquisitions will diversify the company's offerings and accelerate its growth.
The following are excerpts from Hamilton-Ryker's news release:
iSymphony, formed in 2004, is a full-cycle Vendor Management System (VMS)/Managed Service Provider (MSP) that facilitates the entire contingent procurement and management process from the creation of a requisition through the processing of vendor remittances. The company also provides compliance and payrolling services.
Keith Patel, President of iSymphony for the last four years, will continue as President of iSymphony. Mr. Patel commented, “We at iSymphony are very excited to be part of the Hamilton-Ryker family of companies. This strategic move will enable us to leverage Hamilton-Ryker’s experience and expand our service offerings into Healthcare and Government verticals.”

Founded in 1979 by Tommie Steverson, Steverson Staffing provides temporary and direct placement of accounting, finance, administration/clerical and IT staffing personnel to Fortune 500 companies and rapidly emerging private enterprises. Mike Lejeune joined the company in 1992 and assumed the role of President in 2010, overseeing sales and recruiting with a focus on training and development.
