Horton International opens 2 new Middle East offices
The first of these offices has opened in Bahrain and the second will open in Saudi Arabia later on in the year.Both offices will focus on providing quality-based executive search for global leaders and privately held companies across the region.
This forms the first step in the planned expansion of Horton Group International (HGIL) across the Gulf Corporation Council (GCC). The GCC represents the six Arab countries of Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait. Four out of these six countries are featured among the top 10 countries in the world with the largest proven oil and gas reserves.
The Bahrain office is headed by Managing Partners Hazem Al Sheikh Mubarak and Maneesh Ajmani.
Maneesh Ajmani has over 18 years experience working across North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia. He has worked with companies in a variety of industry sectors and has spent over 10 years in the Gulf Corporation Council helping regional companies enhance shareholder value. Most recently he was the Head of Private Equity at Gulf International Bank managing an investment portfolio spread across energy, industrial manufacturing, building materials, retail and transportation.
Hazem Al Sheikh Mubarak has over 17 years experience with blue chip regional institutions and extensive relationships with business leaders and C level executives in corporations across the Gulf Corporation Council. Prior to his current role, he was the CEO of GIB Housing Developers Fund, Head of Asset Management of GIB Capital and was also the Chief Operating Officer at MAALEM Holding where he was responsible for managing the human resource function for the organisation.
