Korn Ferry appoints senior client partner
He joins Korn Ferry’s EMEA Human Resources Center of Expertise.
He will be based in our London office and focus on further expanding our capabilities in the UK, working closely with colleagues across the region and the globe.
Dhesi joins Korn Ferry from Towers Watson, where he was head of talent & organisation practice in the UK. Prior to Towers Watson, he held the position of group HR director for Talent at RBS. He also spent five years at Aviva as group talent director, where he designed and executed a range of enterprise-wide initiatives and processes relating to leadership, performance, talent development, talent deployment and culture transformation. Between 1996 and 2006 Arvi worked at Mars, holding senior HR and sales roles in the UK, Europe and North America.

Dhesi has over 20 years of industry experience in human resources and client advisory roles and holds a BSc in Pharmacology from University of Leeds, UK.
