Major Players appoints director
Rogers started earlier this year and has ambitious plans for growth and to develop career-long relationships with the most talented candidates in the market.
With over 12 years’ experience in the creative and recruitment industries, Rogers previously founded headhunting consultancy Indigo Mile where he grew the business to 14 consultants.
He studied economics at Durham and was a business journalist with the Sunday Times before joining advertising agency McCann Erickson. During his time there, he worked on a number of their largest accounts, including Unilever Ice Cream, Bacardi and Nestle Cereal Partners. A highlight being the successful Heinz pitch and subsequent award-winning creative work.

Edward’s decision to join Major Players follows a period of rapid expansion for the company following the addition of 22 new consultants and support staff in recent months.
