NES Global Talent Launches New Global Graduate Scheme

NES Global Talent Futures Academy is designed to provide graduates with the mentoring and in-depth training needed to become a successful manpower consultant and the discipline specific skills required to fully support candidates, contractors and clients.

Initial assessment will take place at eight centres globally – Manchester and London in the UK, Houston in the US, Calgary in Canada, Dubai in UAE, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, Shanghai in China and Singapore. Successful applicants will then be given the chance to join the Futures Academy, training at one of four hubs - Manchester, Houston, Dubai and Kuala Lumpur - before moving to one of NES Global Talent’s global network of offices.

Mike Chapman, Managing Director, Client Relationships, said: “We are committed to investing in talent within our company and we continually strive to improve our service.

“Currently we have more than 40 offices in 25 countries around the world and we are growing. To help ensure we continue to offer an excellent service, the graduate scheme will deliver a programmed intake of globally mobile individuals.

“The graduates selected to join the scheme will be able to work in any of our offices worldwide and longer term, this scheme will be the backbone to our continuing growth. This investment is designed to benefit our candidates, contractors and clients as well as help us achieve our strategic growth plans.”

Earlier this month, NES Global Talent announced the opening of its first office in Paris, France. This follows recent openings in Stavanger in Norway, Cape Town in South Africa, Erbil in Iraq and New Orleans in the US, meaning the company now has 41 operations in 25 countries worldwide.
