Rapid success in Berlin sees Eurostaff move to bigger office
Eurostaff have quickly established themselves as one of the leading recruitment partners in the region and the growth of the team in Germany demonstrates the value of a localised, specialist and individual approach.
Saman Tabrizi, country director in Germany, said, “Having only established a permanent presence here in Berlin last February – this move really shows our commitment to growing a business which we believe can be the leading technology recruitment company in Germany.
We have come a long way since I started with a box for a desk in a small serviced office! We have hired some of the brightest and most enthusiastic individuals who truly believe in our vision and the journey we are on. Last year saw us engage with almost 70 clients in Berlin and Hamburg, ranging from the small start-up tech companies that are so prevalent in the city to some of the largest, most well-known businesses in Europe. Much of this success is down to the personal approach we have adopted. We are determined not to be a faceless recruitment business but one that is in front of our clients and candidates more often than not. We have a stable and growing book of contractors in Berlin and our levels of repeat business with clients is significant – it’s testament to the relationships we are building and the superior recruitment experience we offer .”
Where will that growth take the Eurostaff brand in Germany? Mark Znowski, managing director of Eurostaff’s parent company Staffgroup, predicts this expansion is only the start of things to come.
He said, “The success of Eurostaff in Berlin has been incredible. The synergy between our London and Berlin offices has been integral to the accomplishments we’ve had in Germany. Our teams are working together to realise the vision we have regardless of their location, specialism or seniority.
By moving into an office which has the potential to accommodate up to 60 people, we can expand our service offering to companies in Berlin and Hamburg as well as establish Eurostaff as a leading recruitment partner in other major German cities such as Munich, Dusseldorf, Stuttgart, Frankfurt and Cologne. It really is an exciting time for the Eurostaff brand across Europe.”
Eurostaff’s new offices in Berlin are situated on Friedrichstraße, just a short walk from the famous Checkpoint Charlie landmark.
