A total of 897 businesses registered to take part in the Sunday Times’ four surveys the leading 325 were recognised in four lists: “100 Best Companies to Work For” “100 Best Small Companies to Work For” “25 Best Big Companies to Work For” and “100 Best Not-for-Profit Organisations to Work For.” Employees were engaged in a rigorous survey which ascertained their satisfaction across a number of factors deemed to contribute to a great workplace.
The Best Companies award is the definitive marker of workplace engagement, employee opinion and satisfaction across the UK.
