Redline Group makes 2 senior appointments & gears up for growth
The specialist Contract & Permanent Technology recruiter has confirmed Andrew Robson-Graham has been appointed as talent acquisition manager.
Robson-Graham. Andy is a seasoned technology recruiter, having worked in agency and client-side, most recently 2 years at Intelligent Energy coordinating their addition of 200 engineering staff. Previously 5 years with Redline, Redline says Robson-Graham fully understands the company’s ethos and goals, so is ideal to identify and integrate new talent into the business.
Robson-Graham said, “As the newly appointed Group Internal Talent Acquisition Manager for the Redline Group I am looking forward to working closely with the Company Board of Directors and Senior Managers to define and deploy the company’s Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition, and support the exciting growth plans for the business by taking the lead role in the recruitment, on-boarding and training of inexperienced and experienced hires.”
Kevin Elliott has also joined the company as managing consultant, sales/marketing, responsible for further expanding the technical sales & marketing division, bringing the best commercial talent to Redline’s customers. Kevin has a BSc degree in maths & physics, a diploma in marketing and excellent experience managing sales and marketing teams within the technology sector for companies including Coopers MTL and GE.
