Search Consultancy earns place on ST 'Best Companies list for third time
At a ceremony in London last night (Thursday) Search was confirmed asnumber 37 on the & lsquo;100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For’ list, in recognition of its “outstanding levels of engagement”.
It is a 16-place rise on last year when the company came in at 53rd place.
Grahame Caswell, Search's CEO, said, “To be listed alongside the cream of Britain’s motivated workforces for the third year in a row is a tremendous honour and is testament to the hard work of the management and employees alike.
“We pride ourselves in our dynamic working environment where staff development and fulfilment are at the top of the agenda.
“In December we scooped a Best Large Company To Work For title at the Institute of Recruitment Professionals Awards, and to be recognised for the second time in three months for our commitment to excellence has made us immensely proud.”
Best Companies measures performance based on surveys of employees themselves, allowing them to score their workplaces based around eight key factors.
They are asked about leadership, their managers, personal growth, wellbeing, their team, the impact their organisation has on society, levels of engagement, and how happy they are with pay and benefits.
Participating companies are each awarded a & lsquo;star status’ based on their performance, and this year Search Consultancy has been awarded a & lsquo;Best Companies 2 Star Accreditation’ which means its performance is deemed “outstanding”.
The & lsquo;100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For’ recognises those with 250 to 4,999 employees.
