ARM publishes permanent hiring report
ARM has published findings from its employer and candidate surveys, which reveal the motivators, wants and needs of both audiences within the permanent hiring space.
The survey took a random sample from a pool of existing and potential ARM employer companies and candidates, with the aim of collecting data to help enhance customer experience and quality of service.
The result is ARM’s Permanent Hiring Simplicity Report, which explores the relationship and role of recruitment agencies as intermediaries between employers and candidates.
Each respondent answered five simple questions about the recruitment process. Findings include:
· There’s high demand in the permanent market from both hiring companies and candidates
· The buoyant economy means that both parties are aware of their options and expect more in terms of quality, commitment and customer experience
· Optimism shines through the data candidates are dynamic and ambitious, and most companies have growth plans
Commenting on the report’s publication, John Dunaway, director of Permanent Recruitment at ARM said, “ARM’s Simplicity Report aims to give its readers with exactly that simplicity in how the report is conceived, presented, absorbed and applied. We’ve captured the preferences and behaviours over five fundamental topics for job hunters and employers in the permanent recruitment space. The results are presented in a way that is very easy to understand and benefit from – and we hope our readers agree.”
