Capita appoints new operational director

With feedback from the industry highlighting the need for innovative and enhanced recruitment processes that take into account the challenges and culture of an organisation, Capita Managed Services has invested in this new role to support a drive towards informed and collaborative client solutions and services.

Ruddle joined Capita in 2003 where he helped to launch Capita’s Learning and Development business. Progressing to managing director of the division, which has a track record of over ten years of complex and multi-disciplined contract implementations and transformation programmes, Ruddle was involved with key projects including contract wins for a multi-national automotive organisation and one of the world’s largest transport companies, as well as the launch of an internal training programme for Capita’s 62,000 employees.

For the past two years, Ruddle has been responsible for the rapid implementation and day to day delivery of Europe's largest, cross government managed training service.
