CNA signs its partners up to IOR

CNA is part of the UK's largest independent recruitment business, the Pertemps Network Group, and has been operating since 1995.

“One of the key reasons to join the IOR is to allow our network of partners to benefit from its leading personal development programmes,” says Gavin Chase, senior partner.

The IOR has three specialist routes to qualifications in HR, agency recruitment and corporate (in-house) recruitment.  By providing a qualification that is recognised and regulated by OfQual, Britain's qualifications regulator, the IOR ensures its education offerings are world class and internationally recognised and accepted.  IOR qualifications are delivered through its pioneering online delivery platform, StudyCourse.org.

Network Group was formed in 1979 and has a total turnover in excess of &pound680m per annum and a network of 26 offices across the UK and Europe.  It is part of the Pertemps Group, which has more than 53 years of experience in recruitment and is one of the largest privately owned agencies in the UK.

Not only do CNA franchisees benefit from being part of the Pertemps “family,” now they will also benefit from the considerable offer from the IOR too.

This membership also allows CNA partners to access a brand-new take on split-fee work through the IOR’s new Split Fee Network, which launches in June as part of WorkProfile.org, the IOR's new social network. 

Chase adds, “When you study with the IOR, regardless of what level you study at, your certificates and credits will be internationally recognised and this is a major step forward for the recruitment industry.
