FCSA chairman to retire
Davis also unveiled progressive plans for the organisation’s continued strategic growth and development throughout 2014.
He says “The growing strength and breadth of the flexible workforce in the UK, which continues to help drive the economic recovery, is a testament to the creativity and dynamism of all those which work within it. This growth also signifies an even greater need for the FCSA to maintain exemplary high standards and to expand our membership to include the self-employed and CIS workforce. Doing so will help to ensure the industry as a whole adheres to a rigorous operating standard.
“To create an appropriate operating structure to support the pipeline of potential new members and our planned activities, the FCSA has decided to appoint a full time CEO to lead the organisation and build on the platform we have created.
“With this in mind, I intend to retire from my part time role as Chairman of the FCSA on 11th April 2014 with a well organised structure and succession plan in place which will ensure the continuation of the high levels of compliance standards and credibility we have become recognised for."
