Outsauce announces Gear Up For Growth panel debates and survey

As part of the cross-industry Gear Up For Growth initiative, recruitment industry specialists in finance, law, accounting, consultancy and business development will convene at the free events to debate the opportunities and pitfalls of growth in 2014.

Ahead of the debates, Outsauce has also launched the Gear Up For Growth Survey to discover what business growth is really going to be like for recruiters in 2014.

Gear Up For Growth Panel Debates

Chaired by Adrian Thomas, Chair of the Recruitment Society, and hosted by RBS, the panel will comprise senior representatives from Brabners, Elite Recruitment Network, Outsauce, RBS, RIDA and Saffery Champness.

Gear Up For Growth Survey

The Gear Up For Growth Survey will discover the top priorities – and biggest hurdles – for recruitment growth in 2014. The 10 minute survey covers the following topics hot sectors and the skills shortage, acquiring competitors and overseas expansion, in-sourcing vs outsourcing.
