Proffice Care expands its operations and focus on specialist nurses
"There is a great need for our services in Norway - and the Nordic countries. Our ambition is to be part of the solution to the shortage," says Lars E. Jacobsen , head of Proffice Care in Norway.
He believes the focus on nurses is a natural step for Proffice Care in Norway , which in recent years has built a strong business in medical staffing.
Proffice Care is also active in Sweden and is one of the largest Nordic staffing and recruiting companies to physicians , nurses and physician assistants.
"The shortage of nurses is great both in Norway and in Sweden. Most hospitals are currently dependent on hired personnel . By being operative in both the Nordic countries we can meet the needs of all Nordic countries," added Jacobsen.
Arne Granheim who has extensive experience in the staffing industry and Cathrine Harlem , a former intensive care nurse at OUS in Oslo, is responsible for Proffice Care 's commitment to the recruitment and placement of nurses and specialist nurses .
"Specialist nurses in IVA and surgery are scarce in many hospitals , and this is where we want to help . We have a good candidates as we already now offer hospitals.
"There are over 100 hospitals in Norway and most requested Specialties IVA and surgical nurses. Even today, we may disclose mission to hospitals across the country," says Granheim .
