Randstad rollout ISV FastPath

Randstad had previously used a candidate skills testing platform but moved to ISV in December 2013. Recruitment consultants across Randstad’s Business Support, Financial & Professional and In-house operations are using FastPath to assess candidates in areas such as literacy, typing speed, the Microsoft Office suite of programs and contact centre skills.

Phase 1 of rolling out the new skills testing platform involved the set up and training of 30 locations using FastPath. The next step, phase 2, for both parties includes integrating the recruitment testing software with Randstad’s chosen candidate management system to ensure a seamless process for the consultants when registering and assessing candidates.

Regarding the change and introduction of FastPath, Ruth Jacobs, managing director of Randstad Business Support commented, “The platform is consultant and candidate friendly and adds real value to our recruitment process. Candidates can benchmark their skills and our expert consultants can successfully match the job seeker to the client brief.   This takes a lot of pressure off our clients”.
