SF Group launches a Graduate Talent Academy

Over the next 12 months they plan to hire at least 50 talented graduates to support them in achieving their strategic goals. Not only is this an exciting prospect from a business perspective but it will also have a positive impact on the local economy as they are investing in the recruitment and development of these individuals within both the Midlands and North West.

The SF Talent Academy will be an intensive eight week training programme and will take place at their Head Office in Nottingham.  The experienced SF training team will ensure all new recruits develop the necessary skills and experience to make sure they are ready to contribute to an exciting industry which is experiencing steady growth post-recession.

The first academy is taking place in March this year and will be led by their new Talent Academy Manager, Kiran Kaur-Costa. Kiran began her career managing an internal graduate training scheme in another professional services business. Kiran then joined SF Group and after completing the SF Group Development Centre training programme she went on to become one of their much valued and high performing consultants. Kiran is thrilled to be taking up this new position within the business and will be supported by Training Manager, Hayley Williams and Internal Recruitment Executive, Lucy Pearson, both of whom have also had successful recruitment careers with SF Group.

Tony Minnis, CEO of SF Group, commented, “This is an incredibly exciting time for us. Our company culture is completely unique and we are looking forward to bringing at least 50 more like-minded individuals into the fold and realising our plans.”

Kiran Kaur-Costa, talent academy manager, said, “We’re looking for people with drive, energy, tenacity and passion. Our commitment to personal development does not end after the time spent in The Academy.  We will offer on-going support to all new consultants to ensure their careers continue to progress and their aspirations are fulfilled.”

Since they began their partnership with James Caan, chairman of the Hamilton Bradshaw Group, SF Group has made significant progress in strengthening their position within the recruitment marketplace.
