Uniting Ambition announces partnership
The Fast Track Top 100 award winner will work with Hitchenor Wakeford, which specialises in executive search and interim management.
The affinity partnership was announced just one month after Uniting Ambition was recognised for its second consecutive year in the Sunday Times Fast Track Top 100, having bucked industry trend with a year on year growth of 76%.
The joint venture with Hitchenor Wakeford forms a complete & lsquo;top to bottom’ recruitment service focused on meeting the demands of a changing and innovative economy.
Both businesses were founded independently in 2006, with a shared vision to support the talent agenda of some of the UK’s and US most recognised brands.

Hitchenor Wakeford supporting senior industry professionals across the core functional disciplines. At the £120k-£300k level they cover consumer, financial services, business services, PE and industry markets.

During 2014 Uniting Ambition will hire a further 40 consultants nationwide, with key appointments being made in the Staffordshire HQ, taking the business to over 120 colleagues. Hitchenor Wakeford will continue to focus on attracting exceptional search talent in both fee earning and research capacities, across all UK locations.
