4U Resourcing Group recieves Investors in People silver accreditation

IIP is the UK's leading people management standard and helps organisations to improve business performance through their people. Awarded at Standard, Bronze, Silver and Gold Level IIP represents a commitment to the development of its employees and demonstrates a strong foundation of good practice to clients.

In order to secure the accreditation, evidence was gathered and assessed via employee interviews carried out by an IIP assessor. 4U joins an exclusive group of UK employers eligible to use the sought after IIP logo and enjoy the benefits it offers. Very few businesses are ever able to achieve the IIP Award, let alone a Silver status. Those that gain standard, work for many years to try and achieve our level.

Only 6% of companies holding IIP are able to achieve Silver standard and 4U now shares a platform with organisations like The Princes Trust.

Commenting on the award, Helen Reynolds, chief executive, said, “Commencing the IIP Assessment was lead with a great deal of trepidation and anticipation, none more so than by the Managing Director and I.

“Having your name drawn by the Assessor for interview was very daunting for us all and whilst work was placed into the framework, not knowing what to expect in questioning was nerve-wracking for many. I am so very proud of the team and a contributing factor to our pass was due to the fact that everyone was open, honest and more importantly themselves.

“The accolade that has been bestowed upon the business is something, which every single individual is extremely proud of and proud to be part of. The Investors in People accreditation is a major boost to the business and am delighted that it reinforces the focus and professionalism of our talented and committed team. We are looking forward to further building on our core strengths to ensure the continuing development and improvement of our business”

Nigel Lewis, managing director, further added, “This is a great achievement for the whole of 4U Resourcing Groups and demonstrates our collective commitment to continuous improvement. The accreditation not only helps to sharpen our competitive edge but will provide us with a strong framework for best practice and achieving our ambitious goals for the business moving forwards."

“The organisations mission is to help companies resource and develop talent and therefore Investors in People accreditation clearly demonstrates that we too are committed to maximising our performance by investing in our own people,” added Reynolds.
