At Source appoints new consultant and office manager

The new recruits will help Altrincham-based At Source, which focuses on residential, property and construction recruitment, continue delivering the high service levels that the firm has become renowned for.

“After coming out of the recession unscathed we think it is really important that over the next year we focus on maintaining our excellent service as our business increases and the market improves,” Noakes said. “Bringing into the fold a new consultant and new office manager will really help us to do that.”

“We’re always keen to welcome on board new clients, but what makes us different is the level of service we provide and we don’t want to compromise on that as we move forward and grow,” he explained. “Our existing clients are loyal to us as we offer a very personalised and friendly service where we endeavour to meet all of our candidates to ensure firms get the best person for the role.”

Senior consultant Kenny Plumb, 41, from Knutsford will be carrying on with the firm’s big focus on the housebuilding sector in the north and will look to add in new business. He has also been tasked with developing clients in the Midlands area. Kenny spent almost 20 years working at Barclays Bank in both the business and IT-related areas of the firm and has worked in recruitment for more than two years focussing on the oil, gas and construction sectors.

Jayne Salters, also 41, from St Helens has been tasked with co-ordinating all the day-to-day activities of the office, developing ideas and driving the business forward. Among other roles, Jayne has previously worked in investment banking and also for some private celebrity clients.

“Both of the new recruits have already added massive value to the business and it’s been a real pleasure to welcome them on board,” Mark said.

Another At Source development is that of a new executive search service which will be launching soon. Headed up by Stuart Train, 48, who was running his own recruitment business before joining forces with At Source, the executive section will draw on Stuart’s expertise and cover the wider construction industry including rail and civil engineering but will still keep a strong residential focus.

“Growing At Source is all about building relationships but not losing service levels and as a team, we’re looking forward to the next five years of success with plenty of fresh ideas up our sleeves,” Mark said. “Our plans going forward will be to really build on customer satisfaction and towards the end of the year, we’ll be looking at adding to the team further as the business progresses.
