Colin Jones joins Eximius

Jones joins a flourishing Eximius team where he will build a business placing partner level lawyers into leading private practice law firms.

He commented, "Having spent many happy years working within legal executive search representing some of the world’s leading law firms and lawyers, it became increasingly apparent that in order to maintain the competitive edge, today’s legal headhunters need an international platform offering clients depth of coverage and geographical spread. Working with Eximius means I can now offer clients precisely this service promise."

Jones's trusted advisor formula for success has won him the loyalty of an enviable portfolio of law firm clients.

Clients will benefit enormously from this trusted advisor approach that will set Eximius apart from its competitors.

Eximius offers clients international service from offices in London, Dubai and Hong Kong and through the dedicated expertise of Colin and his peers.

Jones continued, "I was overwhelmingly attracted to the Eximius business model. The founding partners and I shared commonality on many business ethics, but I was most impressed by the passion, honesty and integrity, track record of excellence and continued success shared by all."

Jones will build out an international legal executive search team and be a crucial part of Eximius’ objective to become a market leader within the legal recruitment market.

Miriam Warburton of Eximius added, "We are absolutely delighted Colin has decided to join us. Our business has already received industry accreditation awards, a recognition we are extremely proud to share with our law firm clients.  The addition of Colin to our team will undoubtedly add immense credibility to our core legal business.  We are extremely excited about the future and very much look forward to working with Colin for many successful years to come."
