de Poel Clarity appoints operations director & operations executive
Donna Topham and Kate Jones join de Poel Clarity’s, as operations director and operations executive respectively.
Topham, who lives in Warrington, joins from Ranstad Care, where she served as operations director. She brings 17 years’ experience in the recruitment industry and will head up the account management team within the Knutsford-based company.
She said: “My initial focus at Clarity will be to drive growth from existing clients, while maximising new opportunities and running the operational side of the business. I’ll be working closely with the sales team to propel the company forward.
“I look forward to helping to expand Clarity’s client base and broadening the service it offers within the healthcare sector.”
Jones, 27, from Hopwood in Rochdale, joins from Medacs Managed Healthcare, where she worked as a business support manager. Kate’s role as an operations executive will focus on ensuring the eligibility of candidates to work, as part of Clarity’s mission to reduce the cost of compliance.
