Eurostaff appoints director
Rivett joined the business in November 2005 as a graduate and has progressed through the ranks at Eurostaff from being a consistent Top 3 consultant across the business, to overseeing a multi lingual team of consultants supplying into 12 countries. His new role sees him take responsibility for the Eurostaff business in London.
Commenting on the promotion, Paul Flynn, managing director of Staffgroup, Eurostaff’s parent company, said, “It is always a proud moment to make any promotion but making Elliot a director is especially pleasing. Elliot has grown with the business and been a model of success throughout his nine years with us. As well as developing himself, he has trained, mentored and led some of the most successful individuals and teams Eurostaff has seen. He demonstrates our company values day-in, day-out and I am very confident that this will stand him in good stead in his new position as we plan for the exciting future ahead.”
Rivett has seen much change at Eurostaff including office moves, rebrands and international expansion but is excited about the future of the company. He added, “Becoming a director is a proud moment for me, I have seen a lot of changes at Eurostaff in the past but my focus is now on the future. We have the infrastructure and people in place to do some really exciting things and I am looking forward to working with everyone in the business to achieve our common goals. We are looking to increase the synergy between our permanent and contract functions, as well as expand into new markets as we have done recently. There is the opportunity to really make our mark throughout Europe by providing a superior recruitment experience and I’m determined to achieve it in my new role.”
