Network Housing Group appoints Morgan Hunt as managed service partner
Network Housing Group comprises a number of Housing Associations as well as a commercial arm, Network Living. Collectively they make up one of the largest housing associations in London and the South East managing 19,300 homes across 36 Boroughs.
The managed service contract supports their & lsquo;Fit for Futures’ restructuring programme. Part of this programme will be bringing together a number of contact centres into one at their Riversmead location in Hertfordshire. Under a large volume recruitment contract, as tier 1 supplier, Morgan Hunt will manage a selection of specialist tier 2 agencies.
