Oakleaf Partnership see increase of 65% in YOY net fee income
Summarising the last financial year, the business is thrilled to see a 65% increase in net fee income year on year, combined with a 167% increase in PBT (unaudited figures). Year on year headcount has increased to 35 fee earners and Oakleaf now have deepened their presence across many business areas, including reward and analytics, payroll and the international areas.
The financial services and professional services division continues at considerable pace and the commerce teams have deepened their presence in many business areas as a result of some key strategic hires through the year. Productivity per head improved year on year 26% whilst head count has also increased.
Nicola Grimshaw, CEO commented, "The year was also one of significant milestones for the business, including a move last May to new offices in Holborn. The establishment of a number of talent networking groups has been key - importantly the Ex Forces in HR group, where 80 plus HR and resourcing leaders convened recently for a 2nd meeting at a wonderful venue in the Houses of Parliament, to promote the integration of ex military into civvy street. The Women in Reward network group is also starting to gather momentum. We were pleased to partner with Help for Heroes as our Charity of the Year through 2013/14, running a number of initiatives in their favour. For 2014/15 we look forward to partnering with Alzheimer's Society, a charity voted for by our employees."
