Penna Launches 2014 graduate programme
The Programme, now in its third year, will support two graduates by offering them a bespoke 18-month development programme. They will undertake a number of placements working across all of Penna’s services, from recruitment and development to transition. The programme aims to give the successful applicants valuable on-the-job experience and insight into real business issues on a diverse range of specialist areas within the HR consultancy sector.
Alongside Penna’s work with the business-education charity, Career Academies UK, the graduate programme further underlines Penna’s commitment to supporting young people and helping to build a skilled and diverse workforce for the future.
Chief Executive Officer, Gary Browning, stated, “We believe that Penna’s future, and indeed the future of all UK companies, lies with the development and opportunities we are able to offer the next generation. This programme will give us a wonderful opportunity to do this, while at the same time build our own talent pipeline.”
