Recruitment quality survey proves a winner

The results proved very interesting. They asked clients about the last 100 vacancies The Work Shop worked on regardless of whether or not they were successful in filling the vacancy

&middot         Was the speed of response good enough? 100% said it was Excellent or Good

&middot         Was our understanding of the job good enough? 100% said Excellent, Good or Fair

&middot         How good were the CV’s? 100% said Excellent, Good or Fair

&middot         How good were the interviews? 100% said Excellent, Good or Fair

&middot         How good was our communication? 100% said Excellent, Good or Fair

&middot         How good was the general level of service? 100% said Excellent, Good or Fair

&middot         How does our service compare to other agencies? 100% said Excellent, Good or Fair

Phil Harmsworth, Director of The Work Shop said, “We wanted to see what our clients really thought of us and were brave enough to ask some very honest questions. The results are fantastic and not only prove we deliver a quality service but are a testament to our hard working staff”. Not one client scored a Poor for any of the questions asked and only a very small minority scored a Fair for any of the questions meaning the vast majority thought the service they received was either Excellent or Good. Phil said “Of course there are some very poor Recruitment Agencies out there but this survey proves some of us are trying very hard to repair the reputation of our industry by offering professional, cost effective services. Clients do have a choice and if they are not happy with the service they are receiving they should use an agency that can prove they can deliver results to the level they deserve”.
