Seaton Q1 organic revenue growth surges 29% year over year
Excluding the mid-quarter acquisition of the Australia based RPO provider HRX, organic revenue growth surged 29 percent. Revenue in the first quarter totaled $148 million, up from $113 million in first quarter 2013. The company also delivered record first quarter earnings.
The PeopleScout division had a particularly strong quarter, delivering top line organic growth of 61 percent, while Staff Management achieved strong growth at 24 percent. StudentScout and HRX also achieved double-digit growth rates. Seaton's overall growth was driven by successful implementation of existing client expansions and a record number of new client engagements.
"Seaton continued to execute world class service delivery to our clients, as reflected in the strong results we're reporting today," commented Patrick Beharelle, CEO of Seaton. "We've successfully implemented a record number of new client engagements over the past twelve months, while many of our existing clients have chosen to expand their relationship."
