De Poel Clarity announces 3 key appointments
Vikki Nixon, from Leeds, has joined as the company’s business development manager and will be responsible for strengthening de Poel Clarity’s product offering for public sector, care and NHS health clients across the UK.
In her previous role as operations client team manager for Medacs Healthcare, she effectively set up and managed a national team of client officers to maximise the company’s profitability. With a solid understanding of the temporary and permanent healthcare recruitment market, Vikki brings a wealth of industry knowledge and client relations experience to the de Poel Clarity team.

Additionally, de Poel Clarity has appointed two executives to strengthen its internal support teams. marketing executive Rebecca Cox has joined the company from Phones4u in Staffordshire, where she held a similar role. She will focus on supporting de Poel Clarity’s brand online by building its social media presence and developing the firm’s marketing activity across all channels.
Eccles-based Michelle Lewis, has been appointed as an operations executive and will be responsible for meeting candidates, securing relevant documentation and ensuring that all agency healthcare staff are fully compliant and maintain this compliance for a 12 month period. Previously working as the control centre manager for Medacs Healthcare, she brings 20 years of customer service and healthcare industry experience to the de Poel Clarity team.
Her appointment follows the company’s recent acquisition of CompliWithUs Limited and Compliance Passport Limited in December 2013, and is part of de Poel Clarity’s overall aim to reduce compliance costs in the healthcare recruitment sector.
