Eximius appoints new talent
In line with their vision of being market leaders in their niche areas of Energy, IT, Law and Finance, it has hired Sarah Mason from Talent Advantage to work on a consultancy basis one day a week to design, manage and implement the long-term projects to deliver the desired outcomes.
The company's focus is ensuring they have the right talent in place to deliver their revenue targets. Its commitment to this is demonstrated by hiring Marc Gulliver as head of talent acquisition. Gulliver joins them from NP Group to focus on identifying and hiring key talent.
Alongside the investment in hiring, they are also building an in-house sales training programme. This will accelerate the development of graduate-level hires, as well as provide advanced training for experienced staff. They have engaged Fiona Lundy on a temporary contract to help support the training design phase of that project.
Both projects will be running simultaneously to offer a strong hiring and on-boarding capability ready for their graduate intake from 1st July.
Nick Stevens, Eximius’ CEO, said, “Talent is our biggest priority, so we need to ensure we’re hiring brilliant people and continually offering development throughout their career with us. We’re delighted to be working with Sarah Mason, as she brings a wealth of experience in growing recruitment businesses and really understands how to help us maximise the potential of our people. We’re committed to driving and maintaining a high performing culture here at Eximius."
