Macildowie has record year following East Midlands jobs boost

Following a period of economic growth in the region, the job market has showed strong signs of recovery. Macildowie has registered and filled a record number of vacancies in recent months across its specialist disciplines, including HR, sales and marketing, finance and procurement and supply chain.

As a result of such a successful year, Macildowie has grown internally with 15 new starters and four key promotions. Kate Sadler, having worked at Macildowie for 2 yearshas been promoted to board level in her new position as finance director. Alex Alcock, manager of the Nottingham office, has moved up to associate director of finance, whilst Ryan Jaiswal and Darius Matusiak have been promoted to Regional Manager.
“This has been a fantastic year for the whole team at Macildowie,” commented James Calder, chief executive of Macildowie.
“We have helped over 1,500 people find new jobs in the past 12 months across Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Northampton. The company has significantly increased its market share and our team has expanded to handle the growth.

In Nottingham, the team billed over seven figures, placing hundreds ofpeople in jobs across the region in companies such as Boots, Experian, Vision Express and Speedo.
