Randstad management programme looks for next generation of finance leaders

Specialist recruiter, Randstad UK, is giving four ambitious graduates the opportunity to fast-track their development and career success during the 18-24 month scheme.  The successful candidates, who can have up to two years of experience, will enjoy a schedule of 6-month intensive assignments across various departments within Randstad’s finance function along with participating in business-critical projects. 

The most talented candidates will benefit from a bespoke learning and development scheme and a dedicated FD mentor throughout.  Successful applicants will not only enhance their accountancy skills, but to achieve their full potential, high fliers will need to hone their soft communication and leadership skills.
