Redline makes 7 new hires
Gary Wong has a degree in International Politics and History, and spent time in the Far East and Turkey working in recruitment before returning back to the UK. Wong speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and French and will be working in the engineering recruitment team on a range of international projects.
Monika Sadlo joins the contracts division at Redline. Sadlo has a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and IT Systems and previously worked in both Poland and Germany in recruitment, both at an agency and in-house recruiting. Speaking Polish and German, she will work with International clients and candidates.
Steve Flood also joins the Engineering team. Flood has a BSc in Business Administration and for the last 5 years has worked at ONI, a CISCO gold partner and data centre specialist, providing high level support and sales contracts for a mix of SME and large corporate customers.&emsp
Laura Preston joins the specialist contract division. Preston has 7 years’ experience within the finance and banking industry, most recently in a managerial position across several sites leading small and medium sized teams. Laura has a wealth of sales, customer service and development experience.
Joining the Graduate Training Scheme are Bhavesh Patel, Lia Carvetta and Ali Kearns. All three will benefit from Redline’s intensive training programme, delivered by their dedicated Talent/Training Manager, Andrew Robson-Graham. The training programme covers all essential legal and REC structured guidelines, whilst adding Redline’s own style, unique experiences and capabilities gained over 30 years of recruiting in the high-technology sector.
