Russam GMS appointed to ESPO Framework 3

Russam will provide executive Interims to ESPO’s clients, including Schools, Universities, Colleges and Academies, NHS organisations, local authorities and Central Government Agencies and Ministries, as well as a range of voluntary sector organisations.

The ESPO Strategic HR Services framework (3S) went live on 1st May 2014 and aims to give clients a way of sourcing quality assured senior level staff on a temporary basis which is compliant with EU and UK procurement regulations.

Russam will source interim executives across a wide range of disciplines including Programme Managers, Project Managers, COOs, CTOs, CIOs, CEOs, Turnaround Directors, Change Directors, IT Specialists, HR Specialist, Finance Specialists and many others.

Having access to these flexible resources will enable organisations to cover temporary resourcing gaps and appoint senior level interims to lead strategic projects as they emerge, providing a cost-effective alternative to using a consultant whilst also ensuring a consistent level of service delivery.

Russam GMS has been a primary supplier of interim managers to the public sector for many years and is an approved supplier to key frameworks such as G-Cloud V, G-Cloud IV, Health Trust Europe (HTE), Transport for London and the States of Jersey Frameworks for Senior Resources.

Its specialist Public Sector team provides tailored resource solutions to clients in Central Government, NHS, Local Authorities and the wider public sector.   Being appointed to the ESPO framework is a further endorsement of the quality of Russam’s services and capability to deliver value for money to its public sector clients.

Gary Lawton, Director of Public Sector at Russam GMS says, “We are delighted and proud to be awarded to an ESPO framework and to play our part in helping our public sector clients through fundamental transformation and in realising their & lsquo;more for less’ objectives.   We have access to the leading industry experts and through this new framework, we will be able to provide public sector organisations with access to the best talent on the market, seamlessly and compliantly - ensuring faster and more cost effective procurement across government.”
