Search invests in outsourcing to launch distinct business division

Search has outsourced recruitment solutions to high profile, blue chip companies for many years, and is now launching the service under the distinct & lsquo;Search Insource’ to position itself as a strong competitor in the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) market.

Search Insource complements and works alongside the recruitment processes that businesses already have in place, in order to identify the strongest possible candidates.

Grahame Caswell, CEO at Search Consultancy, said: “We have been outsourcing to high profile companies successfully for many years, so it’s now time for us to brand that service as a business arm in its own right.

“Insource is a natural progression for our outsourcing function and will help us to grow and develop the service we provide.

“By putting significant investment behind technology, resources, and branding to launch Search Insource, we believe we can be even more competitive in the RPO market and help more companies run & lsquo;internal’ recruitment with external expertise.”

Search’s Insource team provide companies with recruitment insight, process management expertise and market intelligence to make the recruitment process as seamless as possible.

When the team goes into a company or organisation, they integrate with its staff get to know its vision, values and culture look at ways to make processes more efficient and they help to make informed decisions and present solutions.

The collaborative approach also helps the organisation to become more efficient, ultimately saving them time and money.

Applications through the Search Insource recruitment programme are made using an e-recruitment system, via a back office administration portal, which can be customised to suit client needs.

Search Insource will be spearheaded by Search Consultancy director Monica Duddy, who hopes the official Insource launch will encourage more companies to see the benefits of outsourcing.

She said: “A lot of organisations worry about outsourcing recruitment to another company as they’re concerned about losing control. We make sure the recruitment process is dealt with carefully and respectfully.

“Using our 27 years of expertise in the recruitment market, across 26 different business sectors, we work to understand the needs of the business and add value.

“Our fresh approach to outsourcing is already attracting new business, and we’re sure that it will grow and develop as more companies learn about the collaborative nature of the process and the benefits this can bring.”
