Bullhorn partners with Simply Hired
Through the partnership, Simply Hired’s performance-based job advertising platform will be seamlessly integrated with the Bullhorn applicant tracking system and customer relationship management solution (ATS/CRM). To help recruiters deliver the best possible candidate experience across web and mobile, Bullhorn and Simply Hired will also debut the industry’s first integration with Simply Apply. This one-click apply feature allows job seekers to quickly and easily apply to open positions using a saved resume.
This integration presents a one-stop job advertising solution, directly accessible within the Bullhorn dashboard. It will provide recruiters targeted reach to over 30 million unique monthly job seekers who use Simply Hired across web, email, mobile, and thousands of partner sites.
Key features of the joint offering include:
· Expansive, unique candidate audience: Compared to the leading job boards, more than 50% of the 30 million visitors to Simply Hired are unique to the service (comScore 2013). Recruiters and agencies are now able to attract qualified candidates not available elsewhere.
· Simply Apply: Jobs advertised through the joint offering are displayed with a Simply Apply logo, alerting job seekers that they can apply using a saved resume for a simple, streamlined application process.
· Advanced Personalisation: The joint offering leverages Simply Hired’s proprietary technology and predictive personalisation to match the right candidates to the right jobs, delivering a higher volume of qualified candidates and driving new efficiency.
· Powerful Candidate Insights: Qualified candidates submit their applications directly through Bullhorn, while providing recruiters with attribution data to help them understand their most effective candidate sources.
