CHILDS advises iSense on its sale to ManpowerGroup
The partnership will support iSense’s growth and dominant position in the Dutch IT staffing marketplace.
According to ManpowerGroup, the acquisition will improve growth in the professional staffing segment. iSense’s placement of skilled IT contract workers also complements the existing service provided by Experis IT, part of ManpowerGroup. iSense will continue to operate as a separate brand and will retain its existing management team.
Vikram Kapoor, co-founder and Managing Director of iSense said, “The partnership with Manpower provides substantial opportunities for iSense to continue to be one of the leading IT recruiting companies in the Netherlands. The CHILDS team’s sector knowledge and international expertise were crucial to the successful completion of the transaction.”
Alan Bugler, Director at CHILDS Advisory Partners, said “this deal puts tremendous resources behind the iSense management team to further build their brand. This successful transaction marks the continued growth of CHILDS as a leader in global staffing transactions.”
