CorTech reports 102% revenue growth & launches new workforce programmes
Increased demand for CorTech's workforce programs has fueled the rapid growth, and as a result, CorTech has formalized its offerings into two divisions: staffing solutions and workforce programs. The company is expanding its existing services and recently launched two new offerings in its workforce programs division: iRecruit and Support Our Veterans.
“Over the last six months, our company has grown with exceptional agility,” said CorTech CEO Vin Rossy. “We have continued to meet the needs of our clients by sharpening our focus on our existing services as well as adding some new ones to our portfolio. Demand for iRecruit has surged in the last three months, particularly for high-volume distribution centers. The market wants efficient, fast, online recruiting solutions, and we have delivered.”
CorTech has secured 17 new clients in the past six months and has more than doubled its number of locations nationwide in the past year, growing from seven locations to 15.
The company has long been known as a premier staffing solutions organization with select workforce management solutions, including business process outsourcing (BPO), vendor management systems (VMS), statement of work (SOW) and on-site service programs. During the second half of 2013, the company expanded its BPO offering and most recently introduced the following workforce program offerings:
§ iRecruit – As demand for online recruiting continues to increase, CorTech developed its unique iRecruit program to provide direct access to talent for high-velocity hiring. iRecruit is customizable for each client, with specific questions and qualifiers outlined to make the recruiting process as easy as possible for both clients and candidates. § Support Our Veterans – Leveraging the power of its centralized recruiting team, well-established field operations and custom military database, CorTech's Support Our Veterans program matches military candidates and their spouses with rewarding job opportunities across many companies in a range of industries. Through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and other partners, CorTech has connections with every branch of the military, leading to greater opportunities and more successful placements. A primary focus of CorTech, its Support Our Veterans program not only supports the brave men and women who have sacrificed for their country, but also provides businesses with a highly skilled and experienced workforce to meet their hiring needs.
