International boom helps Zeel secure BCABA Award

Zeel Solutions, a specialist in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), vendor managed services and Travel and Subsistence (T&S), beat off competition from across the region to land the International Trade title at the Black Country Asian Business Association Awards 2014.

The company impressed judges with its ability to penetrate a traditionally difficult marketplace, with healthcare clients in Australia and Ireland using the & lsquo;Zrecruiter’ solution to improve quality of service whilst securing efficiency savings.

Global sales now account for 35% of its &pound2m turnover and three new staff, including one graduate, have been taken on to cope with the growth.

Future plans include increasing its international presence by placing foundations in Canada, South Africa and New Zealand.

“We invested over &pound100,000 into market research and ensuring we understood the opportunity and what we needed to do in order to adapt the technology to suit individual country requirements.

“The result saw us tailor our & lsquo;Zrecruiter’ software for clients in different countries and put in place a flexible technical support offer that had the backing of a number of linguistic experts on hand.

“We will definitely use the BCABA Award success and the credibility it gives us to take an even bigger share of the global market.”

Employing 24 people at its Wolverhampton headquarters, Zeel’s most successful platform is & lsquo;Zrecruiter’, which offers a true end-to-end recruitment process for Contingent Workforce, Corporate Recruitment, RPO, Talent Management and Vendor Managed Services.

Its feature-rich functionality allows the client to manage the full recruitment process from vacancies and electronic timesheets through to invoices and self-billing.

As a result of using & lsquo;Zrecruiter’, its customers have been able to secure multi-million pound managed service contracts with blue chip organisations involved in commercial, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, retail and, most recently, the NHS and healthcare.

Rav went on to add: “Our first solution convinced the marketplace that we could take time and cost out of the equation, whilst using technology to ensure greater accuracy.

“Like all great innovators, we wanted to look at other areas we could address and we quickly recognised the need to develop an electronic timesheet solution for managing the timesheet-to-payroll process called & lsquo;Ztimeex’.

 “This platform provides an automated method of collecting crucial data and also boasts the functionality to help ensure compliance when offering travel and subsistence to workers.”

Zeel Solutions is the only recruitment business of its type to hold the ISAE 3402 international accreditation for its operations and services.

Its portfolio of solutions now includes & lsquo;Zattend’, a time and attendance solution for the marketplace.
