Kelly Services establishes European sales team
The team will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and the new recruits will build on Kelly’s specialist workforce solutions offerings in science, engineering, accountancy and finance and professional business support as well as their managed services capabilities.
Sam Wormald-Smith joins Kelly as a business development director and will be based out of the UK. She joins as an experienced senior operations and international sales professional with an engineering and technical background in staffing solutions. Over the last 15 years Wormald-Smith has worked on providing recruitment solutions to global organisations, selling and winning major contracts with significant global customers.
Ash Winters has joined Kelly as a national sales manager with over 10 years recruitment experience, including running his own consultancy based in South Africa and a number of years spent in technical recruitment in the Middle East for large Oil and Gas customers. Winters will focus on growing Kelly’s specialist offerings across science, engineering, professional business support and their specialist accountancy and finance arm, Toner Graham.
Paul Jewell joins as an experienced, national sales manager, with expertise in process talent and payroll outsourcing. Paul will further develop the managed services programme portfolio in the UK, primarily focusing within IT, online retail, life sciences and gaming verticals, capitalising on Kelly’s current catalogue of success in this area. Since joining Kelly Jewell shares the success in a new client win – a UK based multi-lingual contact centre.
