MyJobMatcher.com appoints country manager
McGourty arrives at a time of huge growth for the Northamptonshire-based company, which has seen a million jobseekers joining its flagship MyJobMatcher.com service, since its launch just over a year ago.
McGourty is an ambitious business leader with over 15 years sales management and commercial experience, and a proven track record of developing new business and achieving stretching sales targets.
He joins MyjobMatcher.com from IXP Group where he was head of global recruitment. Before that he spent five years at Findajob.ie, where he climbed through the ranks to Commercial Director. He also spent two years as Business Development Manager at Monster in his native Ireland.
McGourty will be based in MyJobMatcher.com’s recently-established London office.
