Rethink Talent Management announces new client development director

With an extensive background in recruitment and sales, Windeatt-Dickens joined the talent management consultancy this month to support its on-going growth plans. Making the most of his account management and business development experience from companies such as SThree and Resource Solutions, this move will see Rethink Talent Management continue its drive for new and innovative people solutions.
