Rethink Talent Management announces new client development director
With an extensive background in recruitment and sales, Windeatt-Dickens joined the talent management consultancy this month to support its on-going growth plans. Making the most of his account management and business development experience from companies such as SThree and Resource Solutions, this move will see Rethink Talent Management continue its drive for new and innovative people solutions.
“Having worked in both the short-term sales environment and on long-term relationship building, the opportunity at Rethink was of real appeal as it offered the best of both worlds. Having met with the Practice Lead, Stephen Gilbert, I could see that the company has ambitious growth plans that present a fantastic opportunity for someone with the drive and motivation to develop innovative solutions. What really appealed to me is the fact that the business is not only entrepreneurial and open to ideas, but the willingness to invest in its people is also there.”
Stephen Gilbert, Practice Lead at Rethink Talent Management welcomed the new arrival:
“Now is a great time for us as a business as we continue to grow both our network and our team. With 223 members of staff across the globe already and a turnover of £111.7m, we’re constantly on the look-out for the best talent to support our on-going expansion plans. The talent management industry is perhaps at a turning point where clients expect more from providers and that’s exactly what we aim to do. Indeed our graduate competition which aims to help bridge the gap between fresh school or college leavers and the employment market, is just one of the innovative steps we’ve planned. With immense experience and a real entrepreneurial spirit, Luke will be a real asset to the company.”
