HR GO Recruitment’s branches in Bristol, Somerset and Wiltshire are all seeing a steep increase in demand from employers desperate to meet bulging order books.

Craig Vidler, Managing Director of the leading temporary supplier, said, “This is excellent news for people and businesses in Bristol, Somerset and Wiltshire. These encouraging ONS figures are in line with our own which show rapidly rising demand across most sectors.”

Matt Nebel, South West Director for HR GO Recruitment, added:  “All our branches continue to see an upturn in demand for temporary & permanent staff. The main challenge for employers now is finding enough people with the right skills and attitude to fill the many roles that are available in the growing marketplace.

“HR GO Recruitment is well-placed to meet employers’ requirements and we have a healthy database of candidates ready and willing to work. But it is certainly becoming an increasing challenge to find a sufficient number of workers with the skillset demanded by clients. We are working hard to meet the challenge.

“It has never been more important that our clients are able to act fast enough to seize the opportunity to capture the right staff for business growth.”
